HEALTH

As the old saying goes – HEALTH IS WEALTH !!

To valuate the above, we just need to evaluate the difference in level of disposal of our duties, on a day we are down with fever & a day when we feel fit. All our endeavour should be focused at reducing body toxins which are supposed to contribute highly for all ills of mankind.

Given the demands of modern day living, we have to be practical with life style changes and if **PM.09.00, was early to bed earlier it would be ** P.M.11.00, as if today and considering that we universally need a ( 7 HOUR ) SLEEP, ** AM.06.00 would be early to rise and not ** AM 04.00 !!

Gymming & SPA are for the higher income group but for the general population, they need to incorporate inputs in daily life which will help them out their endeavour for good health.

Higher income group, tag is being used to define, the category of individuals who need not travel in cramped – air tight – dirty + filthy public transport, do not need to sit beneath a fan on a hot day but have the comfort of air-conditions at home – office – transport !! Further they also need not live a stressed life worrying about – how to fulfill, their requirements of basic necessities and comforts of life.

It is for everyone to think that how it is practically possible for someone residing in a mega city – leaving home at ** A.M. 7.30 for attending office 40 K.M.S. away in public transport and returning back at ** P.M. 10.30, with ( 4 to 5 ) hours of journey time in totality, to visit a GYM or visit a health S.P.A.?? The fact that he endoures, such extremes of life only because he has megare financial resources to support his living has to be considered additionally. Exceptions are not part of any examples we have extended. Abnormalities are exceptions and not generic.

WE COME ACROSS LOT OF HERBS, YOGIC POSTURES, FOOD SUPPLEMENTS THROUGH VARIOUS MEDIA, BUT FAIL TO INCORPORATE THEM INTO OUR LIFESTYLE, SINCE WE LACK IN RESOURCES OF TIME OR SOMETIMES MONEY !!

THE FACT IS THAT LOT OF HERBS - FRUITS – VEGETABLES WITH MEDICINAL VALUES HAVE UNKNOWINGLY BECOME PART OF OUR DAILY DIET AND SPECIAL FOCUS ON SOME OF THESE CAN GIVE US THE BETTER COMPARED TO THE SO CALLED SPECIALISED MEDICINES.

Although every food we consume has several health benefits, but as modern age researchers claim to find every other food or vegetable, to contribute towards ill health too – choosing the right food is become a nightmare. For a healthy way of life we would recommend the following :

1. Breakfast should be heaviest, followed by lighter lunch & lightest dinner.
2. After every meal we should do any activity which makes our body move for atleast 5 minutes, hence aiding in digestion.


Remember, WALKING, is recommended as the best form of exercise as it is the safest form of exercise.
It is an aerobic exercise and conditions the heart and lungs.
If done properly, It involves all the major muscles of the arms, legs, lower back, abdomen and buttocks.
One should walk at a pace, at which, one can comfortably talk while walking !!


REMEMBER, BOTH YOGA AND WALKING, HAVE DIFFERENT BENEFITS, WHICH HELP THE INDIVIDUAL, INDEPENDENT OF EACH OTHER.

Although there are a million ways to good health – we would like to focus on the fact that – SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING.!!
